These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your enrollment in any course, book purchase, or service offered by Ayyan Murtaza ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in a course, ordering the book, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who this applies to

These Terms apply to anyone who visits this website, submits the enrollment form, orders the book, or joins the Online or Physical YouTube Automation Course.

2. Enrollment & payment

• Enrollment is confirmed once payment has been made and details have been shared via WhatsApp, as instructed after submitting the enrollment form.
• Course fees are as listed on this website at the time of enrollment: the Book (Rs 1,999), the Online Course (Rs 10,000), and the Physical Course (Rs 15,000).
• Prices, batch dates, and course content may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect students already enrolled in a batch already in progress.

3. Course access

• Online Course: access to recorded modules is provided after enrollment is confirmed, along with entry to the WhatsApp support group.
• Physical Course: classroom sessions take place at the announced location and schedule, shared after enrollment.
• The Book: is a one-time purchase, delivered as agreed at the time of order.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate name, contact, and address details when enrolling.
• Do not share, resell, or redistribute course materials, recordings, or the book without permission.
• Use the WhatsApp support group respectfully and only for course-related discussion.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, videos, scripts, templates, and the book are the intellectual property of Ayyan Murtaza. They are provided for your personal learning use only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

6. No guaranteed income

This course teaches a system and practical skills for running a YouTube automation channel. We do not guarantee any specific income, view count, or monetization outcome — results depend on individual effort, consistency, and market conditions.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the course, the book, or this website, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our courses or website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
